[Feature Request]: Config option to be able to change mining speed, and options for zombies to mine higher hardness level blocks than 1.0 with nothing equipped

Zombies don't seem to mine any blocks above 1.0 hardness with nothing equipped. Mining speed seems instant for <1.0 hardness blocks.

mobs can only mine blocks breakable with the tool they holding + specified in the config. and breakspeed it determined also by the tool just like the player.
