Description

I‘ve set some mobs as |USEITEM in common.json. which hopes to ban their equipping with axes or pickaxes. But they still spawn with the tools in their offhand.

axe and pickaxe mean that they can break blocks. if you dont want that you need to exclude block breaking from them too
