Spawn rules don't work properly because of other mods which may have subscribed to the same events InControl does, I created a pull request which should fix this. #108

Is this why mods that use biomes to spawn their mobs don't work with InControl? I know Ice & Fire mobs and Grimoire of Gaia mobs don't work with spawning rules because they are tied to biomes to do their spawning.
