There is no McJtyTools embedded in InControl jars from curse despite it's description saying: "Small library (which is to be embedded in the mod using it) with small utility classes". This results in crash on start for me caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: mcjty.tools.rules.RuleBase.

Are you sure of that? InControl is used by many people and this is the first time someone reports this. Let me see your entire log please

Oh okay, my bad I only checked crashlog and didn't see that mcjtytools should be downloaded and injected to classpath automatically. In my case there was an error in log (unfortunately error was in polish for some reason) something along the lines mcjtytools.jar is used by another application or user. I was able to force remove it and after that it got redownloaded and game started. I suspect twitch app messing something up after installation of modpack.
