Mining drill makes constant sound if broken while running.

Versions:
-Minecraft Forge: 1.12.2 - 14.23.5.2854
-Industrial Renewal: 0.21.6

What happens:
If the mining drill is broken while running the sound of the drill stays until the world is reloaded.

What should happen:
The sound should stop.
