Feature you want:
I love the belts but they can't be configured in the config. I'd like to suggest the following config options:

• speed
• check tick rate - for heavy and potentially heavy setups, it is noticible that when backlogged the belts take up a lot of tick time, assuming this comes from checking every tick if it is possible to push to the next inventory. If it is possible I'd like it to check every configurable amount of ticks to mitigate it.
• max stack size
• pull rate - for the inserting conveyor belt, separate from main speed (not very important)
