Soul Vial doesn't work on all mobs

Known mobs that can't be picked up in the vial:
- Villager
- Llama
- Donkey
- Horse
- Mule
- Trader Llama
- Wandering Trader
The Item#useOnEntity is not triggered when using the vial on this entities
Shift+Right-click doesn't seem to work either, as it does with nametags, however NameTagItem is implemented almost identically to the soul vial
