[Feature Request] Config to prevent entities in powered spawner

It would be nice to prevent the Powered Spawner from spawning boss or other mobs. Either in the config file or preferably with a tag.
Yes I realized that as well. I have added a blacklist tag for both the Soul Vial and Powered Spawner in 1.3.1 1.20.1. The tag can be found here https://github.com/Dmunch04/IndustrialReborn/blob/backport-1.20.1/src/main/java/me/munchii/industrialreborn/utils/IndustrialTags.java#L11
