Enable auto hotbar refill checkmark sounds like intended way for it to work is:

✅ Hotbar will be refilled
🔳 Hotbar not touched (items not moved)

Right now its actually opposite - when "Enable" checkmark enabled, items refilled. When its unchecked - its moving items in inventory.

P.S. Also please fix "ghost" item refill, as you can see on video (0:25).

Disabling Quark's Auto tool restock feature fix this problems.
