as far as i have checked the diamond tank can hold the exact amount as the iron tank

looks like this was a regression in 7f8aeee where I was inadvertently initializing the silver and diamond tanks with the Iron tank capacity. All other tanks were already working.

This fix will be in 2.0.0-beta-2
