Given a stack of two or more tanks with a void tank at the bottom. Then you fill the stack such that the void tank is full and the upper tank has at least some fluid.

As the void tank destroys fluid, the remaining fluid does not drain down into the void tank. (assumed to have similar issue with gasses for void tank on top of stack).

Need to be able to have the stack reflow every-time the void tank destroys fluid.
