This mod add a new block, Counter Block. It acts like a container. You can insert items into it by hopper or dropper. It consumes those items and calculates the speed of receiving items. Right clickinig the block prints a messege to chatting box. (It's like the hopper counter of carpet mod.)
This block can only be found in creative inventory. There is no survival origin and usage.
