Running this version because it came with the current version of Life In the Village 3 modpack. Most of the time the tools work normally but once in awhile they will start only breaking one block at a time rather than the 3x3 that is expected. Doing sneak+right click doesn't affect it although the 3x3 mode does pop up on the screen. Restarting the client makes it start working normally again until the next time it decides to happen.
