Recipes that smelt buckets duplicate the buckets

Recipes that require smelting a filled Bucket (for example, a Water Bucket smelted into a Steam Bucket) will work as intended but will also create an extra Bucket item at the start of the smelting process.
Tested on jumbofurnace-1.21.1-5.0.0.7
