if you didn't know the lasers already work well on create contraptions aside from a few visual glitches, the lasers clipping through blocks, and them not having any functionality as in they literally do nothing other than move when assembled as a contraption (but they move almost perfectly) now i know nothing about modding so i have no idea if this would be easy to implement or not but making the lasers work properly on contraptions would allow for wild builds, or just moving lasers that actually work. hey it sounds cool so maybe try implementing something like that?
