Not really sure how to reproduce it as its random.
But exploring the world with Apotheosis installed seems to make it randomly crash.

This issue might entirely be on apotheosis side. Not sure, but reporting here first.

Looks like a crash when trying to generate the loot for a decayed leaves block. This mod doesn't do anything there. You might be able to reproduce the issue without LBG with a high random tick speed value.
