Any chance to add despawn timer for non death items? I guess this mod is not compatible with https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/configurable-despawn-timer right?

You should be able to turn off the extended lifetime in LD and use that mod's functionality for all items fine; if both are enabled I'm not sure what will take priority.

Problem is I would like extended lifetime with configurable timer for the rest. Because there Is no such option in fabric and items take long time to despawn but i dont wanna players to loose items on death immediately.

I tested the above mods together. (because I actually had both in my mod pack thinking they'd work together, I was wrong) I can confirm that if you have config. despawn timer, it takes priority, and your death items will despawn in 10 minutes despite having LD extended life. However. If you disable config despawn timer mod, and just use LD, your death items will remain forever, and other drops will still despawn within the default 5 minutes that minecraft has.

I'd like to push my non-death drops to 10 minutes for my personal world. Ideally, timer options for death items and non-death would be wonderful, I haven't seen a mod yet that addresses both (or mods that work together to accomplish this yet, seems tricky) but does non-death timer options have anything to do with death? No. It's up to the creator if they feel it belongs to LD.
