Leaving a suggestion here. I think it'd be a nice option in config settings to disable item scatter on all death, not just void death. So, every time you die, your items are teleported to one spot with no scatter (including xp).

Also could love to see the config compatible with mod menu, so we can change things up ingame, versus sifting through the files.
