A small mod by to slow down growth of crops and livestock
Four Main features, each can be disabled or changed with config
Livestock grows slower when its in child form
Cannot feed livestock to make them grow faster
Slows down crop growth
Slows down sapling growth
When a cow is milked enough times it becomes un-milkable for a time
