CT loottables all command broken

As of LootTweaker-0.1.2+MC1.12.2 (maybe 0.1.x) the /ct lootables all command only dumps tables that are referenced in the scripts folder or added by mods. Vanilla tables don't get dumped if they are not modified in scripts.
MC: 1.12.2
Forge: 14.23.5.2847
Crafttweaker: 1.12-4.1.19
Loottweaker: 0.1.2
I need the game log, there's important debug information in it. It must be one from a session where you ran /ct loottables all.
