Describe the bug
The recipe to make 10 Infused Quicksilver Bullets (soulsweapons:silver_bullet) with a silver ingot is broken, the "c:silver_ingots" tag is empty and shows up as a barrier in JEI.

Expected behavior
Perhaps the iron-based recipe should be auto-replaced if a silver ingots tag isn't empty?

Using some mods that add silver ingots (Galosphere), they are correctly populating "#forge:ingots/silver"

Ah, forgot that forge devs use the #forge tag instead of #c, will fix it next forge update.
