[BUG] Chungus Emerald Block missing recipe to return the block to chungus emeralds?

Not sure if this is intentional or not, but the chungus emerald block can't be turned back into 9 chungus emeralds like the normal emerald block or other ore blocks can. At least on 1.20.1 fabric this is the case.
