This is not really a major issue but certainly something that I feel would be a big QOL improvement. The crown/helmet of chaos (and I have not checked, but I assume most items that give any potion effect) have no obvious way at all of disabling particle visiblity?

Whether this would be a toggle-able option in-game or (my preference) an option within the config, would be entirely at your discretion but I think it would be an excellent addition as an option at least.

If this is something that is possible through a datapack etc I would love to know and would absolutely implement that myself, but even then I think it should certainly be added to the config (: thank you.

Chaos Crown/Helmet no longer gives luck effect, instead boosts the attribute of the player if worn. Will make the effects invisible to other items though.
