Information


A material base for 1.15 to 1.16 (and soon 1.18), ideal for those looking for more to mine or a base mod for resources! You can change if an ore spawns in the world, what max height, min height, how big the veins are, how many per chunk and the harvest level of the ore. You can use this outside of modpacks, however currently there is little functionality to any of the resources other than tools/armor, processing from ores to dusts/ingots, dusts to alloys/ingots, ingots to plates/rods/gears and some useful resources. Any recipes can be found on the wiki linked above.

Features (1.16.x)

  • Metals (13 new types, see images tab - can be used with beacons)
  • Mortar (16 uses, used to grind ores/ingots into dusts) / Obsidian mortar (128 uses, can grind netherite, uranium, thorium)
    • Hammer (128 uses, used to make plates and rods) / Obsidian hammer (512 uses, can meld netherite, uranium, thorium)
    • New resources (silicon, fake slime, saltpeter, sulfur, vanilla material dusts)
    • Alloys (7 new types, see images tab - crafted via dust)
    • Plates (18: vanilla materials + matex materials)
    • Rods (19: vanilla materials + matex materials)
    • Gears (20: vanilla materials + matex materials)
    • Tools (18: sword, axe, pickaxe, shovel and hoe for each metal)
    • Armor (18: helmet, chestplate, leggings and boots for each metal)
    • Coal/charcoal nuggets (smelts 1 item at a time - 1 coal = 8 coal nuggets)
    • Silicon/fake slime production (with mod support)
    • Options for clay/terracotta underground generation

Notes

  • For anyone asking how to remove recipes, please use CraftTweaker and do it that way
  • As of update 1.15.x-v1.7.0 I am no longer supporting the 1.15 branch.
