Digital Miner disappearing in the End

Issue description:

Digital Miner Disappears when placed in the End after leaving and reentering the End, even when
then anchor upgrade is installed.
The Miner is also not split by chunk boundries.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place Digital Miner in End inside one chunk
  2. Config and Start Miner (optionally install Anchor upgrade)
  3. Leave the End
  4. Reenter the End
  5. Miner is gone

Mekanism: 1.12.2-9.8.0.386

Nevermind, I found the issue. The game clears all blocks that are on the spawning platform each time you enter the End. Just don't place it there and you should be fine.
