Issue description:

java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError: null

Steps to reproduce:

1.install forge 31.1.95+
2.launch game with mekanism
3.watch it crash in the registration phase

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

Mekanism: -1.15.2-9.10.5.418

This is two different bugs:

1. MinecraftForge/MinecraftForge#6374 causing the invalid crash report
2. Biomes O' Plenty is not properly creating their music discs and so is crashing now that MinecraftForge/MinecraftForge@765da1a has been merged into forge.
