Issue description:

Logistical Sorter isn't sorting Printed Silicon into Inscriber.

Steps to reproduce:

Place a chest with a logistical transporter next to it heading transport cables placed around an inscriber and color coated differently on the three input sides. Create ItemStack Filters for Redstone and Printed Silicon and give them the appropriate colors. (Redstone should go in the left side of the Inscriber and the printed silicon should go in the bottom) Redstone gets sucked out and put into the inscriber, Printed Silicon doesn't.

Forge: 35.1.13
Mekanism: 10.0.18
Other relevant version: All the Mods Modpack Version 6 - 1.3.7

I found out that the you can't pipe items through a differently colored pipe. That was the whole issue here.
