Issue description:

When interacting with a tank using an stacked item (2 or more) with fluidhandler the entire stack gets replaced with a single empty container item.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Mekanism and Tinkers' Construct. (or any other mod that has an item with a fluidhandler that stacks.
2. Fill up to 2 or more Copper Can's with the same fluid.
3. Right-click that stack Copper Can's on a tank.
