Issue description:

mechanical pipes connect to the fusion reactor casing

Steps to reproduce:

1. build a fusion reactor
2. connect mechanical pipe to the casing (not thru a port)
   3.the mechanical pipe gets connected

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

Forge: 36.1.0
Mekanism: files say 10.0.21 (but i have the cc: tweaked integration so it might just be the build.gradel or something that isn't updated to say 10.1)
Other relevant version:
