Space Astronomy 2 - Inventory Tweaks breaks Logistical Sorter

Issue description

Hey,
so basically I have a chest, a logistical sorter connected to it that is supposed to sort stuff into chests and different machines. I have put my test stuff into the chest and because of a habit, I middle-clicked inside the chest, which activates Inventory Tweaks's item sorting inside the chest. It's just a habit. Then I proceeded to put in place all the pipes and logistical sorter, set my filters and nothing would work. Only when you set auto-eject and obviously the item is not in filter it grabs items, but it never pulls them and colors them. I have found out after 3 very hard hours, that this is most likely cause by the Inventory Tweak sorting mechanism. When you take the sorted item out and place into any other slot inside the chest, it pulls it and sorts normally. When you put it out of the chest and the back to the place it was on, it still does not work. I have no idea why this might happen but it is quite annoying.

EDIT: It also happens when you shift-click the item/stack into a chest. So probably not an issue of inv tweaks?

Steps to reproduce

Place a chest with some items inside and use Inventory Tweak's middle click sorting feature
Hook up a Logistical Sorter and any random sorting system that uses colors
Try to set up colored filters inside LS

Okay nevermind it's not the issue of inventory tweaks. I have the LS hooked up to the left side of a double chest and for some reason it treats it as a single chest block, so it only pulls items from the bottom half of the double chest. IDK why this is and I'll leave this open, but what a dumb bug
