Issue description

When modifying the Insulation value of any Thermodynamic Conductors in the config, nothing changes ingame.
Any other config seems to work correctly even other TConductors ones like Conduction, such as shown below:

Steps to reproduce

1. Change Insulation value for any tier of Thermodynamic Conductors.
2. Start your game.
3. Check Insulation value of the concerned Thermodynamic Conductors.

So it looks like it does actually apply, and it is just the tooltip that was querying the wrong value.
