
Reloading shaders breaks pipe connectivity

Issue description
Very funny, they still work tho

Steps to reproduce
- connect to a server
- place pipes
- have a friend change his shaders
- all pipes within his loaded chunks break for everyone on the server
Minecraft version
1.20.x or earlier (No longer being developed)
NeoForge version
none, i don't support foxes
Mekanism version
Older
Other relevant versions

forge - 47.3.29
