Items within Logistical Transporters with no destination bounce infinitely.

Issue description

Maybe I'm just missing something, is there a solution to factories where this occurs? Items just stuck in pipes with no destination?

Steps to reproduce

  1. Setup chest A that is being filled with item X
  2. Connect to another chest B that is almost full of X
  3. Once some of X from chest A starts going to chest B fill chest B the rest of the way
  4. Items will bounce off B and head back to A
  5. A is full so items bounce again
  6. Item continues to bounce forever

You're not really missing anything. Its something we will try to fix when we redo pipes.

For the time being you just need to do your best to avoid creating setups where it happens
