[Suggestion] Adding boiler recipes

Adding custom boiler recipes would allow for more variety in coolant. For example, if I wanted to add Thorium-Fluoride salt as a fissile fuel, I would need to create the normal salt, then a superheated variant. Then, this feature would allow me to add a recipe for the Thermoelectric Boiler that would generate steam and Spent Thorium-Fluoride Salt from water and the superheated fuel.
At this point I'd be willing to contribute boiler recipes if the author is down for accepting prs.
I am eagerly awaiting the addition of a recipe for the boiler, as I need a recipe that circulates coolant. I apologize for the inconvenience, but if you have the time, I would greatly appreciate it if you could address this. Thank you in advance.
