Insulation values changes in config file doesn't apply ingame.

Issue description
When modifying the Insulation value of any Thermodynamic Conductors in the config, nothing changes ingame.
Any other config seems to work correctly even other TConductors ones like Conduction, such as shown below:
Steps to reproduce
- Change Insulation value for any tier of Thermodynamic Conductors.
- Start your game.
- Check Insulation value of the concerned Thermodynamic Conductors.
