If its not yet added, Id like to suggest a way to disable it, as I have a custom modpack with a ton of recipes and don't need this mod telling people that my custom recipes, for example from this mod could be or could not be broken

(Something could well be messing with your tags and breaking your recipes. Please check it first.)

No, because people report it to us as recipes missing, machines not working, etc.
If you actually have broken recipes they will be listed in the log.

Fix the tags or remove the built in recipes, it's quite simple.
