Issue description

Just created a new instance in the Modrinth App, and started the game, no errors on load, then when I created a world, the first thing that comes up is this error:

[Mekanisim] Broken tags in Mekanisim recipes detected, please check server logs for details. You'll be missing some recipes and machines not may accept expected inputs.

Steps to reproduce

Just created a new instance in the Modrinth App, and started the game, no errors on load, then when I created a world, the first thing that comes up is this error:

The Mekanisim mod is 10.4.16 I know it's not being worked on before, but for some reason when I installed from Modrinth the mod, the error comes up.
