Issue description

One Lava bucket burns for 1000 seconds in a furnace, smelting 100 items.
But if I put a lava bucket into the heat generator and use it to power an energized smelter I can barely smelt one. This ratio is off by two orders of magnitude.
Is this really intended?

This also applies to coal in the generator.
(it is at least converted to the correct ratio compared to a lava bucket, but it does not even smelt one item)

all 7 sides are covered and it's still producing less than 30J/t per side (210J/t in sum)

Use lavalogged (cover each side using lava) heat generators, they very bad as typical generator.
