Issue description

Whenever i add radiation with the /mek command my server just decides to hate, and it crashes, nothing responds anymore.
I'm on Forge 1.20.1

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a world with Mekanism Generators installed - MUST BE A SERVER
2. Execute /mek radiation add 1 ~ ~ ~ minecraft:overworld
3. See what happens

Minecraft version

1.20.x or earlier (No longer being developed)

NeoForge version

i'm on forge

Mekanism version

10.7.17 (Latest)
