Also adds usable nootropics that give good but balanced effects.

Items:

Serotonin.
The ore generates naturally in the overworld.

Serotonin dust can be used to apply speed on yourself or others.

Making boots from it gives a constant speed effect.

You can repair serotonin armor with serotonin blocks.

Potions:

Potion of Charm.

Gives hero of the village for 180sec.
