Describe the bug
Until I select 'Open to LAN' the mouse that is controlled by the controller which is used for navigating some menus is VERY slow. The Midnight Controls settings are as follows:

The speed of the mouse is affected only in:

• Game Menu (and all submenu's)
• Mod Settings Menu
• Xearo's World Map

When in these the mouse speed often varies. That is to say, it depends on when you actually open the menu that determines how slow it is (sometimes its VERY slow, sometimes its not as slow).

The mouse is never slow while in the the inventory.
The mouse is never slow on the Splash menu or the World selection menu.
The mouse is almost completely immobilized when looking at boat in Xearo's World Map.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Game Menu'
2. Use the Mouse
3. Watch the lag.

Expected behavior
In previous versions of this mod (and previous versions of Minecraft, there was no lag. Expected behavior is that the mouse speed is the same was when I am using the physical mouse, and that the mouse speed is consistent in all menus.

• OS: Windows 10 Pro
• Minecraft 1.21.4
• Modloader - Fabric Loader 0.16.10
• Fabric/Quilt Libraries - fabric-api-0.100.7+1.21
• Mods - XaerosWorldMap_1.38.8_Fabric_1.21.jar
• Version - midnightcontrols-1.9.7+1.21.jar

It should be noted that the physical mouse is working perfectly fine.
