MiniMOTD is a server-side only Fabric mod which allows for easily changing the server list MOTD with extra features like RGB colors, Gradients, Rainbows, random MOTDs, custom server icons, and fake player counts. Configure the mod through the files and folders in 'config/MiniMOTD'.
MiniMOTD depends on Fabric API.

MiniMOTD is also available for Paper/Spigot servers, as well as Velocity proxies and Bungeecord/Waterfall proxies. Downloads for other platforms are available at GitHub Releases.
