[Bug Report] - Cursed Earth reverting to dirt

Describe the bug
Cursed Earth transforms back to dirt after spawning one mob, which renders the block useless.
To Reproduce
- Place Cursed Earth on ground
- Wait for a mob to spawn
- See how the Cursed Earth transformed to dirt
Expected behavior
Cursed Earth should not change,
