[Bug Report] 1.20.4 NeoForge: Mod does not load

Describe the bug
NeoForge dropped compatibility with Forge in 1.20.2!

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add the Mod to a 1.20.4 NeoForge Instance
  2. Start up
  3. take a look at the mod list
  4. Mod does not show up!

Working on porting full codebase to NeoForge, lots of work to do for 1.20.6
