[Bug Report] - Ender ore generation ignores config

Bug description
Ender Ore generates when "Ender Ore Generation" = false in config\miniutilities-common.toml

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Change the "Ender Ore Generation" to "false", save the file, restart instance and make a new world.

Expected behavior
Ender ore should not generate in-world.
