Describe the bug
If player is flying and the player rapidly swaps between items in the hot bar (e.g. via mousewheel), the player's flight is toggled off.

To Reproduce

1. Equip angel ring.
2. Toggle flight.
3. Quickly swap between items

Expected behavior
Player should retain state of flight regardless of whether or not the player is swapping items.

Additional context

Interestingly, if the the player loses flight, the player is able to recover flight if they quickly swap to the item they had prior loss of flight.
