Sugestions:

• Angel ring doesn't have config option to disable, and recipe is way too cheap in my opinion. Maybe change the ender pearl to a elytra?
• Quantum Quarry doesn't have a config option either. Maybe add it too?
• Blessed and blursed earth recipes are very cheap also, imo.

Question:

• How do one get experience pearls?

Experiene pearls are gotten when you kill a mob with experience harvester enchant. If you want to disable blocks and change recipes, use Crafttweaker or KubeJS. Drums have been fixed but not released
