Dupe glitch

Found a dupe glitch regarding the "Molten Tool Head" Enchant combined with "Fortune III"
video pretty much sums it up, but combing the two enchants on any pickaxe allows you to dupe any block.
Forge Version: forge-36.2.0
Simple Utils Version: 1.16.5-0.5.1-build.13
Edit:
apparently the in-game mod options shows a different version from what I see in the folder.
