I ran into this problem when I was using modulalmachinery:
When the chunk is unloaded by the server, then load the chunk. Energy output hatch failed to output EU to IC2's machine.But it can still output energy to EnderIO's machines.
ModulalMachinery's machine operates normally. Energy output hatch also stores energy. But they don't output.

Hatches don't push out. They're pulled from. If something isn't pulling from a hatch, that's an issue with the cable being used.
