[BUG?]

Despite what the wiki and changelog (for v1.9.6+) states, the recipe adapter has not worked for some machines that I have tried to adapt.

[What I did]

By using the alloy_smelter adapter as a template, which I copied, renamed (still ending in adapter.json) and edited (used the registry name of modded machines such as actuallyadditions:block_crusher or thermalexpansion:machine:1), both failed to find the given machine recipes.

Are there mod machines that the adapter function does work with, or is there something that causes the machines I tried to not work? Or is it that both the machines that I tried automatically generate their recipes during loading?
